Cured Salmon Roe / Beads
The single most productive salmon bait there is. Beads are a low-mess, reusable alternative that imitate a loose egg without the fragility of real roe.
How to Rig It
Wrap a chunk of cured roe into an egg loop knot, or thread a soft bead onto the leader just above the hook.
Storage
Keep roe refrigerated or frozen, cured roe holds its scent for months frozen but fades fast once thawed and fished for a few hours.
